September was another sweet month for us as a family. We experienced lots of firsts–like Bear visiting an arcade for the first time, Saban crossing new foods off his list (we are doing 100 foods by 1 year -he is at 36) & Saban being on the move! He literally rolls around EVERYWHERE!

As summer came to an end we were able to hit up one more park before the weather started to get cooler. The Brenton Arboretum, a place I take a lot of my clients for sessions, has an amazing park for kids! The entire park area is made of natural “play equipment” like fallen tree logs & man-made underground tunnels. It truly fits the scenery of the Arboretum and is so neat! Just another perk of living in the midwest 🙂

Another sweet moment during last month was how unexpectedly GKP thrived! September ended up being my biggest booking month since starting my business. I was able to book the entire month of September, October and over half of November in a few short weeks & I AM SO SO SO GRATEFUL! It is still hard to believe I started this business only 5 short months ago. It has been one of the most exciting, rewarding & challenging 5 months of business. I truly love it so much. *Shout out to Courtney Abernathy Photography for the sweet candid images of me doing what I love!*

FALL is here and I cannot wait to do all of the fun fall things with the boys and Brandon & tell you all about it! Until then, I hope your September was sweet too!
